Human Resources Generalist - JhbFull job descriptionWe are looking for a seasoned HR Professional with sound experience in the followingNon- Negotiableo B.Tech or B Com qualification in Human Resource Managemento Proficient in MS Office pacakages (Advance Microsoft Excel)o HR SAGE 300 experience will be advantageous.o 3 - 5 years REM Channel experience will be advantageouso 3 - 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment and/or roleo Strong experience with HR Monthly and quarterly reportso Strong HR Data analytics skillso Experience in HR Data analytics, HR systems, Employment Equity and BBBEEo Experience in implementation of Organisational Design strategies.o Experience in coordinating employee engagement initiatives.o Experience in conducting case investigations and managing disciplinary at factory level.o Executing recruitment process in line with company policyo Must have reliable transportJob Type: Full-timePay: R25 000,00 - R40 000,00 per monthApplication Question(s):How many years of experience do you have in Sage 300Can you work from the office full time (No Hybrid environment)?Experience:Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
