Our client, a global company in Durban is looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join their team for a CONTRACT of 6-months.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources
- 2 years' experience in a corporate environment
- Assist with job postings, screening applications, setting up & scheduling interviews
- Maintaining the candidate database
- Updating & maintaining employee files & HR databases
- Assisting with reports & schedules of employee data
- Assist with preparation of paperwork & induction for new employees
- Facilitating new employee onboarding process
- Facilitating exit procedures & conducting exit interviews
- Responding to general HR enquiries from employees
- Assisting with compliance efforts & related documentation
- Coordinating and managing the training process
- Dealing with company benefit providers
