Job SummaryHire Resolve has partnered with a leading Investment Bank and we are seeking a talented and engaging Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team.As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our HR function and ensuring that our team members are supported and valued. • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Implementing and administering HR policies and programs
• Managing recruitment and selection process
• Employee onboarding
• Payroll Processing
• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Africa
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Able to conduct organizational assessments, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address them
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior human resources management role
