Responsibilities:AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO AND GIVEN TRAINING IN:
Gain insights on Recruitment: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Retention: Contribute to initiatives aimed at retaining top talent within the organization.
Performance Management: Learn how to support the performance management process, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Training & Development: Participate in the planning and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Business Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's key business, major priorities, and objectives.
Project and Change Management: Learn how to apply project and change management principles to HR projects, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Administrative Functions: Perform various HR-related administrative tasks to support the HR team.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current / valid Temple recommend and/or be worthy to possess one.
Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology/Sociology, Law, Commerce/Business, or related discipline. A post graduate qualification will be and added advantage.
Must be a Young Adult between 18-to 35-years of age.
Skills set required: problem solving, analytical, reliable, and humble:
Strong interest in HR functions, particularly recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be willing to travel throughout the Africa South Area.
