Job Description


Title Human Resources InternKey Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in updating HR databases.
  • Help with employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and assist in conducting research on HR best practices.
  • Support the development of training materials and programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/related field.
  • Knowledge of SA Labour laws.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management (Required)Languages
