• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
• Assist in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation
• Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, talent development, and performance management
• Support HR team in organising training programmes and workshops

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship or graduate program

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of HR principles and practises
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
