Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions and drive strategic people initiatives. This role focuses on building a positive work culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring HR processes align with the company's goals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations.Design training and development programs to build employee capabilities.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards.Manage employee relations and foster a supportive, inclusive culture.Conduct regular HR audits and refine policies to ensure operational excellence.Skills:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Effective communication skills for liaising across all company levels.Problem-solving skills with a focus on employee-centric solutions.Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a strategic mindset.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.Knowledge of HR software and systems.Comprehensive understanding of South African labor laws.HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) is an advantage.
