Our client, a well-known South African listed company, has an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager to join their expanding team in Durban as a business partner to their South African division. The role is suitable for a solutions-focused & forward-thinking applicant with a passion for people & culture, including a proven track record in managing the day-to-day operations of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, BBBEE, & ensuring compliance with all relevant laws & regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role
- Proven experience with a strong understanding of HR best practices, regulatory requirements, & BBBEE
- Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law & HR Legislation
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle
- Employee engagement practices
- Performance management & reviews
- Managing & conducting an efficient recruitment process
- Induction processes & employee engagement on staff benefits & administration
- Compensation & benefit management
