Human Resources ManagerArea: Germiston, Gauteng.Package: Negotiable up to R75000 p/mPurpose of the position: This position is responsible for developing and implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance with South African labour laws, and facilitating strong employee relations.Duties

  • Labour Relations and Industrial Disputes
  • Employment Equity Compliance
  • BBBEE Compliance
  • Succession Planning and Talent Management
  • Reporting and HR Metrics
  • HRIS Management
  • Compliance with Labour Legislation
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
  • Manage Bargaining council agreements (BCCEI)
PREREQUISITES
  • Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10 years experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of South African Labour Law, including LRA, BCEA, Employment Equity, and Skills Development Acts.
  • Proven track record in CCMA proceedings.
  • Experience with Skills Development Facilitation (SDF).
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Hands-on operational approach to HR.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
