Job Description


  • Min 5 years' experience
  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of National Legislation: BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity, OHASA and BBBEE
  • VIP system
  • Conflict Management
  • Effectively manage the following: Transformation, Company Recruitment & Talent Practices, Payroll and Payroll related administration, Training & Development, Employee relations, health and safety, EWP/EAP, uniforms and adhoc Hr Projects
  • Achieve a& maintain the required BBBEE level on an annual basis
  • Implement succession planning, in consultation with the Managing director and Senior management
  • Ensure all new, transferred and promoted employees are inducted and on baorded
  • Ensure that all employee files are updated and maintained with regard to all personal information, sick and annual leave, increments, UIF records, pension fund, medical aid, service certificates, personal loans and micro-loans, disciplinaty action etc.
  • Create and annual training plan aligned to business requirements and meeting all SETA and BBBE requirments
  • Advise, train and coach line management in grivance, disciplinary and CCMA hearing matters
