Location: RandburgType: Permanent & On-siteSalary: circa R50K per month negotiableAA/EE Requirements: NoneEssential Experience & Qualifications required for consideration:
- Postgraduate Honours (Master's degree highly preferred and will be given preference) in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years (preferred 8 years) HR experience, of which min 2 years (5 years preferred) must have been at Management level.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Zoho, Sage, SAP or similar)
- Exposure to senior and executive management in terms of business partnering
- Extensive experience in employee and industrial relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Advanced /in-depth knowledge of Labour Legislation (LRA, BCEA, WCA, EEA)
- Membership with SABPP (preferred).
- Interview and recommend candidates aligned with company culture
- Ensure proper induction and training for new recruits.
- Build relationships with top talent and develop retention plans.
- Monitor employee morale and advise management on improvement strategies.
- Support management in employee performance monitoring.
- Address performance issues proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Prevent non-compliance orders and mitigate risks.
- Maintain an accurate HR tracker.
- Process salary administration and verify payroll information.
- Overtime and weekend work when required.
- Travel as needed.
