Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist experience, operating as a transformation of change agent.
Minimum 5 years management experience.
Good Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance management.
SAP and KRONOS knowledge is an added advantage
