Job Summary 3 Year Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist experience, operating as a transformation of change agent. Minimum 5 years management experience. Good Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance management.
