Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
xc2xb7 Constantly develop improvement initiatives through best practice
xc2xb7 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and
preservation of human capital
xc2xb7 Nurture a positive and energetic working environment
xc2xb7 Manage a pro-active talent management strategy, including recruitment, selection, induction, retention and
employee engagement
xc2xb7 Oversee and manage the companyxe2x80x99s performance management system and suggest enhancement to it in order
to achieve the performance targets set by the business
xc2xb7 Assist in the assessment of training needs, suggest viable interventions, monitor success and keep training
content relevant to the needs of the business and its people development targets
xc2xb7 Report to management and provide metrics to support decision-making
xc2xb7 Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource systemsPOSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience
xc2xb7 Diploma required. Degree in Human Resources preferable
xc2xb7 At least 5 to 10 yearxe2x80x99s work experience in a similar role
xc2xb7 People orientated and results driven
xc2xb7 Knowledge in systems and databases
xc2xb7 Ability to implement strategy along with leadership skills
xc2xb7 Proven experience in handling labour disputes, conciliation, mediations and arbitration
xc2xb7 Working knowledge of the Seta, grants, levies, learnerships, skills programs and placements
xc2xb7 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
xc2xb7 In-depth knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practice
xc2xb7 Enthusiastic and energetic approach to people-related problem solving processes
