Stellenbosch | On-SiteAs our HR Manager, you will provide staffing and personnel guidance, support, and administration services to support Oude Werf Hotels HR policies, programmes, and strategy.Part of your role will be to develop, initiate, and provide strategic support to our Management regarding human resource capacity and capability. The Human Resources Department supports line management in their respective departments, performs centralised people service tasks, and ensures the companywide application of strategic and operational human resources processes and related activities.For this role, we are seeking a candidate with a Human Resources Degree and/or Diploma, along with a minimum of three years experience as a Human Resources Generalist. You should have a proven track record of managing a Human Resources Department and a background in Generalist Human Resources Management, including, but not limited to EE; IR; Skills Development; Performance Management; Recruitment & Selection; Remuneration & Benefits; and Employee Wellness.You are people-focused, with financial acumen and experience using Sage People. You exhibit a strong work ethic and are a collaborative team player. You must manage your tasks independently while demonstrating decisiveness and excellent planning skills. Your results-oriented approach will drive success, and your ability to foster cooperation and create support will be vital.
