Job SummaryResponsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Mauritian labor laws and internal policies.
  • Training & Development: Implement programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Performance Management: Support department heads in evaluating and improving employee performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant Human Resources qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, within the hospitality/hotel industry.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Mauritian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.
