Job Summary Human Resources Manager Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, based in Johannesburg. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workforce is aligned with the company's goals, fostering a culture of productivity, growth, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding. Serve as a liaison for employee relations, handling conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and company policies. Administer compensation, benefits, and employee well-being programs. Create and execute training and development initiatives. Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the company. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of HR management experience. In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws.
