Minimum Requirements
National Diploma
Travel off-site/ overnight stay
Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
Business English: Fluent

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes
Assist with the end to end recruitment process for Paterson A and B bands
Ensure onboarding/ induction of new employees on all levels
Ensure compliance with the Company policies and guidelines
Assist with executions' of Employment Equity Plan
Compile and communicate management reports
Assist with learning and development interventions
Consult with management in order to compile WSP for the Eastern Cape region
Update and maintain training records
Compile actual training reports
Ensuring compliance with the company policies and guidelines
Compile and communicate management reports
Responsible for facilitation and co-ordination of all Learning programmes
Manage the benefit administration processes
Submission of Pension/Provident/Medical Aid and Life Assurance fund applications
Assist with all benefit queries
Submit Disability and death claims/terminations
Compile and communicate management reports
Assist with basic industrial relations function
Provide management with absenteeism information to manage all aspects of absenteeism
* Capturing of disciplinary records and provide support to management
