Our client, a corporate company in Durban is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their team for a CONTRACT of 6-months.
This person must have excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a team and provide full support to HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years' relevant experience working as a HR specialist or Officer
- Onboarding all new employees, dealing with all new employee documentation, benefits and training required.
- Recruitment which will include, job adverts, interviews and assessements where required.
- HR Reporting, providing management with all relevant reports
