Job Description
A leading facilities management company in Dubai, specializing in providing comprehensive solutions to to their clients, is currently seeking a specialist in HVAC and Facilities Maintenance.Education & Experience:
- Trade Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical Building Services, Public Health Services, Carpentry, Masonry, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and self-management skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Understanding of commercial management is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
- Young, hungry, and keen to learn and progress.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects and activities within the facilities.
- Ensure all work is completed within tender allowances and commercial management guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and thorough record-keeping.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai and work as a permanent expat (via renewal every two years).
- Previous experience in a similar position abroad will be an extra advantage.
