Are you an Information Technology and Communications Manager looking for a new challenge?A well known scientific company is looking for an ICT Manager to join their team. The ICT Manager will ensure the effective operation of ICT applications, offer technical support, resolve technical issues, and maintain the efficiency of essential software applications crucial for the company's operations.Responsibilities:

• Supervise the setup and maintenance of essential ICT infrastructure and ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
• Lead software enhancements, upgrades, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation and produce regular reports on support activities, performance metrics, and user feedback.
• Build strong relationships with software developers and key stakeholders to advocate for the company's needs and ensure effective issue resolution.
• Plan and budget for annual support activities, continuously optimizing costs and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Implement robust security measures, disaster recovery plans, and data management policies to protect the company's data and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in one or more of the following areas:

• Application Development
• Database Management
• COBIT
• ITIL
• Project Management

Experience:

• 5 years in a managerial role within an ICT application support environment.
• Managing ICT services, with knowledge of relevant methodologies and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise software applications, including ERP systems, CRM systems, and custom-developed applications.
• Proficiency in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, with experience in implementing best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• VMware environment, server management, and virtual server environment (VLANS, Wireless Environment).
