ICT Sales Manager (JB4009)

R50 000 per month, plus benefits

Are you an experienced ICT Sales professional with a passion for driving business development in the FTTB and FTTH segments? We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented ICT Sales Manager to lead our client's team and expand their managed services footprint. You will be required to identify the ICT requirements of medium to large enterprises and translate them into successful sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing the FTTH and FTTB sales team, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring that personal and team sales targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions and technology trends and solid experience in ICT technical sales and managing a team.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in IT (preferably networking and cloud solutions).
10+ years of experience in ICT technical sales.
10+ years of managerial experience.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and technology trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify small, medium, and large enterprises, proposing technical solutions within the scope of the company's cutting-edge network.
Manage FTTB and FTTH staff, ensuring effective time management, tracking customer meetings, maintaining professionalism, and facilitating coordination.
Identify new areas with sales potential, collaborate with the technical team for feasibility studies, and determine projected profits exceeding expenditure.
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee and coordinate promotions on social media platforms and manage email/SMS notifications.
Regularly compare pricing models with competitors to ensure competitiveness.
Monitor trends in the FTTH and FTTB market to stay ahead of industry developments.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Implement and maintain the (CRM) system.
