Our client is looking for a ICT Infrastructure Team Leader to join their IT team. The ideal candidate must be conscientious and have a natural curiosity to learn how things work.POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• A relevant Degree or Diploma.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT support environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using logical pragmatic reasoning.
• Attention to detail.
• Fast and self-learning abilities.
• Result orientation and eager to work hard and smart.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the groupxe2x80x99s ICT infrastructure, including:

• IT hardware. Includes procurement, setup, maintenance and replacement processes
• Networking and cabling - ensure consistent high standards throughout the group
• Connectivity: Data, voice, telephony
• Desktop security (including antivirus, patch management)
• User security awareness and training
• Desktop support services
• Management of in-country IT teams (currently 6 people)
• Cost management
• Others: Firewalls, VPN, Queueing systems,
