Job Description
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an Import Controller to handle sea and air shipmentsxc3x82
Managexc3x82 all aspects of the import process for both Sea and Air freight
Ensurexc3x82 timeous customs clearance, releases, shipping, and transportation/delivery of cargo
Monitor, report on shipment statuses
Proactively address any delays or issues
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, negotiating rates for import servicesMatric
Import Controller with at least 3 years of experience in C&F imports
Familiarity with Shipshape software is an advantage
