Job Description
In Vision Marketing is a company that deals with direct sales and marketing. We have a team that sells our various products and services to various customers, and we are currently expanding our team to promote and sell even more products.
Our company provides free training to our partners and therefore no previous work experience is required. We in believe in the saying " Hard work pays off" thus we provide incentives to those who achieve and exceed their sales targets to motivate them to keep doing great work and also to motives those who haven't achieved their sales target to reach those targets. As a promoter you will get the opportunity to travel to various places as we have other branches across the country and thus, we believe that travelling will expand your knowledge and experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluate customers’ needs
- Create and maintain customers database
- Maintain client records
- Attend sales meetings and training
- Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Planning sales strategies
- Educating consumers on product features
