Inbound Real Estate Property SalesThe Inbound Real Estate Property Sales person is responsible for managing inbound client calls, assisting with property information and scheduling client appointments with real estate agents. This role involves coordinating rental property viewings, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient use of agents time. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in properties.
• Gather necessary information from callers to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Schedule appointments for clients to view rental properties, coordinating with real estate agents availability.
• Maintain an organized calendar for real estate agents, ensuring all appointments are correctly recorded and confirmed.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any additional information or assistance as needed.
• Handle inquiries about available rental properties, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Enter client information and appointment details into the companys database or scheduling system.
• Communicate effectively with real estate agents to ensure they are informed of upcoming appointments and any changes.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have promptly and professionally.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the real estate team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a scheduling, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office technology.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently.
• Professional demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
