Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Collaborate with the colleagues to achieve sales targets and goals. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
