Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations in our IT rentals environment. This role requires strong system and administrative skills, with a focus on accurate tracking, movement, and documentation of IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, issuing, and returns of IT equipment. Accurately capture all equipment movements and status updates on the internal system (e.g., asset tracking, WMS, or ERP). Maintain real-time visibility of available stock, damages, quarantines, and rentals in progress. Conduct quality checks and ensure proper packaging and labeling of IT devices before dispatch. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes and reconcile variances. Ensure equipment is logged and tracked using serial numbers or asset tags. Monitor and enforce proper handling, storage, and security of all IT inventory. Generate reports related to stock levels, damages, movements, and utilization. Assist in the development and refinement of warehouse procedures and system improvements. Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in IT, electronics, or tech equipment handling. Strong system knowledge, with hands-on experience using inventory or asset management systems. Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools. High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills. Experience working with serialized stock and asset tracking. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
