Job Description


Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for an Incident and Change Management on a contract duration of 6 months.Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field o Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or equivalent
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of FinTech/Banking Technology stack and its dependencies
  • Proficiency in documenting and defining technical dependencies
  • Experience with Known Error Database (KEDB) management
  • Familiarity with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in maintaining Corrective Actions Logs and categorizing corrective actions per vendor and platform
  • Knowledge of platforms such as MoMoAPP, Azure, EPW shared systems, GSM, SAS, Eva, Optasia, Jumo, network systems
  • Problem management and Incident and Change Management
Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in problem management and resolution within a FinTech or similar technological environment
  • Experience working with OPCOs Service Desk and other operational entities
  • Proven track record of successful management and tracking of corrective actions
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
