As an Independent Contract Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting our products/services. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for: Identify and generate leads through networking, research, and outreach.
Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets to earn competitive commissions.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
Provide feedback to the company to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Experience in plastic manufacturing and distribution is a plus.
Access to a reliable network and/or strong connections in plastic manufacturing and distribution.
