Job Description
Job Summary:Deliver the client KPIs through effective in-store execution and building strong business relationships with store owners and their managers; effective management of a team.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Drive Sales
- Drive ad hoc promotions / deals/ campaigns to increase sales
- Negotiate space based on rate of sales
- Develop alternative strategies to increase sales
- Ensure timely implementation of promotional activities and communicate non-compliance
- Training of instore teams
- Ensure teams are scheduled accordingly and executing work as per requirements
- Effective management of promotional activities
- Operational Management
- Effective management of assets and expenses
- Effective people management
- Effective teamwork and self- management
- Effective stakeholder relationship management
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Must have Own reliable car,
- Smart Phone
- Tech Savvy
- 1 - 2 years sales experience; 2 years Retail experience; Supervisory experience
- Strategic thinker and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and motivate others
- Excellent leadership
