At least 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience within a warehouse setting
Demonstrated experience in Project Management
Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous
Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial
Proficient in advanced computer skills, particularly MS Excel or Google Sheets
Ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed

Develop compelling business cases
Lead various supply chain projects
Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Map and refine supply chain processes
Provide support and training on systems
Develop business and system processes to facilitate optimal integration
Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments to support supply chain needs
