FACTORY MODULAR UNIT PRODUCTION LINES (Existing and new Factories):

Analyze and evaluate existing processes. Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow. Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes. Determine the organization and setup of operations. Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations. Ensure all quality standards are met. Ensure that production is cost effective by minimizing wastage. Suggest, build, and maintain production jigs to increase production staff efficiency. Any other tasks assigned to you during the course of employment.

OFFSITE MODULAR UNIT PRODUCTION AND MAINTANCE:

Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations. Ensure all quality standards are met. SALES:

STOCK CONTROL:

Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations. Ensure all quality standards are met. MACHINERY:

EMPLOYEES:

Post recruiting adverts, review CV's, set up and conduct interviews for all open positions that are Ensure all staff are efficiently and effectively utilized. Ensure staff are provided with efficient and effect training and all staff are compliant. Consult with the COO if you feel the need to increase or decrease the staff complement where necessary. Requirements:

High School (Matric) Certificate or above

Software Experience

: MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) Deal breaker

Visio, Teams, SketchUP, AnyDesk (added advantage but not a Deal breaker)
At least 3 - 5 years' experience

Drivers License:

B or above

Pay: R26000,00 per month
