Industrial Engineer
Job Description
In this role, you will coordinate and direct production workflow, ensuring quality standards, production efficiencies, and timely completion of work orders. You will troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues while maintaining a strong physical presence in the plant. Your responsibilities will include direct supervision of the shiftxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s manufacturing staff, evaluating and reviewing hourly employee performance, and ensuring comprehensive training for production personnel. You will review daily production reports, issue work orders to maintenance, and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Collaboration with various departments and personnel will be key to meeting production requirements and achieving company goals.

Requirements:
Diploma in Packaging or relevant
5 Years of experience in a packaging environment
Knowledge on MS Office
