About the Opportunity:
Glodina Towelling is offering an exciting
Industrial Engineering Internship
opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. This internship is designed to provide practical experience inprocess optimization, production efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
within a dynamic manufacturing/industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analysing
production processes, workflow efficiency, and operational bottlenecks
. Support the implementation ofManufacturing
methodologies. Conducttime and motion studies
to optimize production performance. Assist in developingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and work instructions. Participate indata collection, performance monitoring, and report generation
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drivecost reduction and process improvement
initiatives. Support in the implementation ofautomation and digital transformation projects
.Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency incomputer software
(advantageous). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic aboutcontinuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency
