His/her mission lasts from the program award (end of phase 1) till SOP + 6 months.The key responsibilities of the role are:Team Managemento Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishmento In agreement with the program manager and the PML, technical interface with the customer and the supplierso According to the PMS, define the plant launch team required resources (workload, competencies and profiles), have it nominated by the Plant Manager and the PM and coordinate its activities. Be in charge of the R@R (Run at Rate) process for his/her programso Act as the interface between the Program Manufacturing Leader and the plant.Product interface (manufacturability)o Prototype: check know-how availability in plant according to requirements ando analyse industrial and technical tasks during prototype build (involving operators from production plant) as part of the MVP (Manufacturing Validation Plan)o Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management).Production System Developmento Study, develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program using group standard lean Capex methodologies: process flow charts, work combination Table, PFA (Process Functional Analysis), layout (SWC), equipment and tool definition and interfaces, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives.o Participate in the achievement of Process, Equipment and Facility FMEA.o Coordinate installation and launch of all production equipment and toolingProduction launchUnder the PML supervision, the PPTL carried out the following activities at his/her plant levelo Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Run @ Rate: Production Trial, Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial).o Manage the production launch in the plant.o Support the Production Ramp-upTargets and reportingo Achieve all manufacturing program objectives in his/her plant (Quality ,Costs, Delivery, Performance) such as Process and Machine Capabilities, MPM, PPM and Scrap rate, CAPEX, Amortized costs, Added value, Material Cost, Logistics costs, Gross Margin, Start-up costs.o Apply PMS/Engineering Change Management/ Faurecia Manufacturing tools and standards.o Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time.o Report on a monthly base the progress of his activity (3PR level 2, PLR).Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate will have/be:o National Diploma or B- Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering through a University or Technikono Proven technical skills on product and process.o Ability to manage functional plant Program team.o Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)Interested applicants are to submit a comprehensive CV, coupled with copies of their academic results, qualifications and ID via the online portals by 23 July 2024.
