Job Summary
:
Develop and validate simulation models for automotive production lines using Simio
Gather and analyze production data to refine simulation model parameters
Identify production bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
Analyze simulation results to offer actionable insights and improvement recommendations
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams to align with project objectives
Present simulation findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance simulation accuracy and effectiveness
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing project outcomes
Facilitate the seamless integration of engineering designs and data into productionSkills & Experience:
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and production line dynamics
Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods
Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and simulation software expertise
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Effective team player with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Over 2 years of post-graduate experience in developing and implementing simulation models for manufacturing processes, with a preference in the automotive sector
Proficiency in simulation software such as Simio (familiarity with other tools like Arena, FlexSim, or AnyLogic is advantageous)
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production line dynamics, and lean manufacturing principles
Mastery in data analysis and statistical methodsQualification:
