The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and a relevant culinary qualification. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and serving meals for the site staff, ensuring that all meals meet the required nutritional standards and are prepared in a timely mannerDescription- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu plan, ensuring that all meals are nutritious and meet dietary requirements.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring that ingredients are fresh and available.- Assist in menu planning, taking into account the preferences and dietary needs of the staff.- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak meal times.- Adhere to the companys health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of food.Minimum Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook in a similar setting.- Relevant culinary qualification.- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.If no reply is received within 4 business days please consider your application unsuccessful
