• Manage complex claims until completion within given Delegated Authorities.
• Act as a skilled, hard-working individual, going the extra mile for customers.
• Communicate daily with customers through various mediums.
• Liaise with Claims Assessors to ensure all claim decisions are accurate and timely.
• Provide technical support and an escalation point for the Client Services Team with urgent/emergency veterinary and policy coverage-related questions.
• Assist in delivering the optimum GapOnly service by assessing claims in real-time and collaborating with clinic staff and colleagues as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Veterinary Nurse with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary care.
• Empathy and passion for animals.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
