About the job Influence Account ManagerAbout The Role:Ogilvy PR & Influence is searching for an Influencer Account Manager is an essential part of our team, covering the full range of Influencer work. You play a critical role in contributing to the Influencer strategy, recommending objectives, targets, action plans, timelines, and budgets. Your strategic thinking and creativity will help develop best-in-class ongoing Influencer campaigns for LOreal, integrating them into the overall strategy for seeding, paid love, and paid media activations.In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the end to end running of Influencer campaigns, from overseeing identification and implementation to reporting. You will work collaboratively other senior members within the business internal and external, to deliver exceptional campaigns for LOreal. Your key responsibilities will include managing your Influencer Executives and Coordinators, supporting your team in a wellbeing and professional progression capacity, overseeing Influencer paid and seeding databases, ensuring it is constantly up to date, plus staying on top of cultural/social trends, customers' views and attitudes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy by recommending campaign objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and managing campaign budgets.
  • Align and collaborate with IDs, SBMs and BEMs, internal and external, to deliver best-in-class Influencer campaigns for LOreal
  • Identify and nurture client-high stake talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the influencer campaign.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing seeding campaigns and delivering all campaign reporting
  • Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations.
  • Present creative content solutions to internal and external IDs, CPs, SBMs, BEMs for new and existing campaigns.
  • Set clear roles and responsibilities at the start of each project and prioritise the work-load to manage tasks to achieve deadlines.
  • Oversee your teams influencer database and ensure it is kept up-to-date by the account Influencer Executives and Coordinators.
  • Support additional projects within the team as required, such as new business CDMO requests, Influencer Marketing research and competitive trend analysis.
  • Constantly exceed client expectations and ensure campaign KPIs & key campaign milestones are met.
  • Actively contribute to the internal and external Influencer campaigns by recommending action plans, keeping on top of timelines and budgets.
  • Confidently leading client calls, whilst supporting Senior Influencer Executives and Influencer Executives with additional client updates.
  • Reviewing Influencer paid and seeding shortlists, campaign briefs and reports, ensuring they are client ready, before presenting these to the Account Director.
  • Holding daily catch ups and with your Senior Influencer Executives, Influencer Executives and Coordinators, planning campaign workload, capacity and priorities.
  • Holding weekly 1o1s with your team members, responsible for tracking and planning career progression, KPIs and objectives.
  • Ensuring both internal and external deadlines are met and delivered to an outstanding level.
  • Responsible for escalating account challenges to ID/CP when required and responding to clients in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing across all major social media platforms.
  • A passion for Influencer Marketing and an expert on cultural/social/digital trends and consumers' views and attitudes.
  • Being an trusted escalation point for high stake talent communication, handling any creative roadblocks with a solution based attitude.
  • Excellent communication, project management, team building and organisational skills.
  • A team player, always striving for the best outcome for their team internally and externally.
  • Ability to make high pressure decisions and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in consistently building productive client and agent relationships.
  • Enriching client relationships by continuously going the extra mile when putting forward ideas and thinking outside of the box.
  • The ability to remain optimistic and calm under pressure, with strong experience in senior management communication.
  • A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from Influencer campaigns, keeping abreast of and utilising new industry developments and technology.
  • Ability to nurture and grow junior members of the team by identifying growth areas and supporting career progression.
  • Proactive and creative thinker, always looking for ways to improve and adding value to internal and external exercises.
