Job Description
What Youll Do
As our Information Security Manager, youll take charge of keeping our digital world safe! Youll:
- Lead our IT security efforts, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of vital data.
- Develop and implement security strategies that keep us ahead of evolving threats.
- Collaborate with top executives to manage risks and keep security at the heart of our operations.
- Champion cybersecurity awareness across the organization, fostering a culture of vigilance and safety.
- Respond to security incidents in real-time, ensuring our systems stay secure and resilient.
- A degree in Information Technology (or a related field)
- Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- At least 6 years of IT experience, with 4+ years in security management
- Experience in cloud computing, risk management, and Agile environments
- Expertise in security frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of security trends
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and security leadership
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
