Job Summary:The ISP Infrastructure Manager is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure for the ISP. This role involves overseeing the technical teams responsible for network operations, ensuring high network uptime and reliability, and implementing best practices for security and scalability. The ISP Infrastructure Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality internet services to customers.Key Responsibilities:1. Network Design and Implementation:

• Design scalable, robust network infrastructure to support current and future business needs.
• Implement network infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

2. Operations and Maintenance:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the network, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and best practices.

3. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

4. Security and Compliance:

• Ensure network security measures are in place and updated regularly.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards

5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

• Implement network monitoring tools to detect and respond to issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot network problems and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues quickly.

6. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

• Work with vendors to procure network equipment and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and IT teams, to align infrastructure with business objectives.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to the infrastructure.
