Job SummaryManufacturing concern is seeking an In-house Group Accountant to perform the following:

Prepare on a monthly basis all taxes and VAT and provisional taxes for 4 companies
Handle all SARS queries
Prepare Monthly Management accounts
Financial Planning and Forecasting
Oversee Bookkeeper and admin staff
Invoicing and payments
Invoicing and payments in foreign currency
Reconcile of invoices
Provisioning of monthly costs accruals through a recon of accounts and supplier statement at month end
Remain up to date with IFRS requirements
Make necessary provisions in the accounts in line with IFRS
Ensure necessary internal control systems are in place for process in area of responsibility.
