Job SummaryHire Resolve's client is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Inland Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inland Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of Solar PV and BESS products, and building strong relationships with clients in the designated inland territory. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background, ideally in the renewable energy industry, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities. The goal is to accelerate the shift to sustainable energy by utilising state-of-the-art technologies and first-rate customer support.To join the sales team and support the growth of the market presence, we are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned inland sales representative.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the inland territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inland regions to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service
• Introduce and showcase Solar PV and BESS goods to prospective clients, emphasising their features and advantages.
• Present product offerings and negotiate contracts to secure new business
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management and R&D team
• Ensure that CRM system contains correct and current customer records and sales activity.
• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Head to examine sales data in order to pinpoint areas that require enhancement and create strategies to tackle obstacles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• 3-5 years' minimum of sales experience, ideally in the renewable energy industry
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Demonstrates strong teamwork in a collaborative setting.
• Exceptional time-management and organising abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the industry and products being sold
• Ability to travel within the inland territory
• Ability to adjust and be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
