Customer Sales Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Sales Consultant to join our team. The Customer Sales Consultant will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Promote products and services to customers and potential customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity
Participate in training and development activities to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
