The company offers individuals the opportunity to establish themselves within a rural environment with its inherent characteristics.Market business unit with profit motive within the VKB Group though marketing of product groups (seed , fertilizer, animal feeds, animal health, fencing, fuel and packing material).RequirementsGrade 12/NQF4Tertiary qualification and AVCASA will be advantageousAt least 5 years' experience in a similar positionDemonstrated record of success as a marketerDuties and ResponsibilitiesEffectively market relevant Inputs within the VKB AreaResponsible for growth of business unit above inflation targetsFinancing of chemicalsAttend farmer days to grow network and client baseRegular visits to farmers to build and maintain relationshipsTimeous resolution of customer complaintsContinuous communication with internal and external clients to ensure effective completion of orders and administrative workSkills RequiredConflict managementNegotiation skillsQuick decision makingInnovative and organizedAble to work independently
