- Grade 12/NQF4
- Tertiary qualification and AVCASA will be advantageous
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated record of success as a marketer
- Effectively market relevant Inputs within the VKB Area
- Responsible for growth of business unit above inflation targets
- Financing of chemicals
- Attend farmer days to grow network and client base
- Regular visits to farmers to build and maintain relationships
- Timeous resolution of customer complaints
- Continuous communication with internal and external clients to ensure effective completion of orders and administrative work
- Conflict management
- Negotiation skills
- Quick decision making
- Innovative and organized
- Able to work independently
