Manage all customers in the region as per the service agreements in place utilizing Business Excellence principles.Required outputs: functional

• Manage a portfolio of Key customers in the region
• Provide service and reports according to customer contract requirements
• Understand the products and technology in order to manage performance of treatment programs effectively
• Adhere to and maintain all health and safety requirements as per customer requirements
• Monitor inventory of consumables, equipment and critical spares
• Supervise and manage team performance to achieve work unit objectives
• Achieve sales budget and contribution KPIs
• Establish and maintain lasting relationships with key customers
• Conduct regular safety audits and training
• Ensure SHEQ compliance is maintained on all customer sites
• Maintain profitability through correct chemical dosing, monitoring and inventory control as per the contract agreements
• Submit pricing requests according to schedule
• Ensure customer retention by implementing Business Excellence principles
• Analysis of all samples
• Regular customer meetings
• Ensure housekeeping is in order
• Forecasting for sales and chemical requirements
• Meet business critical deadlines

• Matric with maths and science
• Computer and Financial Literacy
• Valid drivers license
• Previous experience with water treatment
