Job Summary Key areas of responsibility:

In depth understanding of High Court processes and procedure and Commercial Arbitration rules.
Proven track record in and a working knowledge of Business Rescue and Insolvency processes.
Good drafting skills required for legal opinion, pleadings, etc.
Experience in Commercial Litigation , Administrative Law, Corporate Law and dispute resolution

Requirements:

5-6 years post-articles relevant experience
Must be an admitted attorney
Experience in Commercial litigation is essential
Experience in Insolvency, Business Rescue and Restructuring; Commercial Dispute Resolution essential
Ability to manage client relationships and generate new business
Ability to train junior lawyers
