Job Summary Installations Database Builder (Randpark Ridge) inTouch Point of Sale is a leading provider of innovative point of sale solutions in the Retail and Hospitality industry. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Database Builder to join our Technical Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, organizing, and maintaining the databases required for our clients' point of sale (POS) systems. Key Competencies: * Proficient in MS Office Packages, able to manage project timelines using ticketing systems, team calendars, and project management tools. * Act as the primary contact for clients during database setup. Schedule and conduct training sessions with clients, both remotely and on-site. * Gather and compile data needed for POS system setup, ensuring all collected data is accurate, complete, and correctly formatted for system integration. * Train clients on system usage. Ensure clients are comfortable with the POS solution and can effectively manage their business operations. * Participate in daily meetings to discuss current projects, work with the accounts department to ensure all contract documentation and payment requirements are met. This role involves direct communication with clients, ensuring all necessary data is accurately collected and formatted, scheduling training, and overseeing the installation process.
